thanks, to be honest I haven't found motivation to keep posting. From some time now I only seem to notice the negative things about uruguay, and I thought that no one really cared anyway. Thank you for your comment it gives me the kind of motivation i need

About noticing the negative - here's my experience. Initially everything was dreamy, and I was charmed by the Uruguayans' friendliness and courtesy. Then I started building a house and the road contractor walked out leaving the access road half built, the builder turned out to be a notorious crook, and my architect teamed up with him behind my back to engineer huge cost overruns. So I swung the other way: THEY WERE ALL CROOKS. Now I like Uruguay a lot but don't think it is Paradise - just a great place to live.
Please, do keep up the blog. It is very good.
